1. The Home Guaranty Corporation (HGC) invites all interested providers for catering services to serve meals and refreshments to the participants of the Leadership and Management Development Course (LMDC). (Please see attached Terms of Reference).
   
   
2. Approved Budget for the Contract is P159,600.00.

3. All interested providers may submit proposal to the BAC Secretariat, Administrative Department, Second Floor Jade Bldg., 335 Sen. Gil J. Puyat Ave., Makati, and/or through telefax no. 897-3232 on or before 2:00 p.m. of January 8, 2017 together with the following documentary requirements:
   • Mayor’s /Business Permit;
   • PhilGEPS Registration;
   • Income/Business Tax Return for CY 2016; and
   • Omnibus Sworn Statement (BAC Form G-1).

5. The HGC Bids and Awards Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids/quotations or waive any required formality therein or to accept such offers as may be considered most advantageous to the Corporation.
